About

For almost two decades, we’ve been raising money, creating awareness, and helping kids create a better future for themselves by supporting organizations focused on their success. Through branded campaigns and film projects, we were able to change community sentiment and fuel positive action. When we opened Flying Scooter Productions® in 2017, we knew we not only wanted to continue that work, we wanted a sustainable, impact-driven business that would forge connections, drive conversations and give people a reason to bear hope in their lives, especially kids. We wanted to bring something more to our proverbial table – we wanted to create a table for others to voice their stories.

Welcome, The Amelia Project.™ Established in 2023, The Amelia Project is the heart of Flying Scooter Productions. The film & production 501c3 that goes beyond creating. We seek out opportunities to teach kids and give them a platform to tell their stories. We offer a place to bridge silence and ignite meaningful conversations and reflections through storytelling while helping the next generation of filmmakers garner real experience and get paid for it. The Amelia Project is new, but our team is experienced. Our previous work in this area speaks volumes for how we can create community, raise awareness and funds while sparking conversation and change. We are the creators behind Sabika Kids, we’ve raised millions of dollars through programmatic messaging, campaign strategy and filmmaking for Light of Life Rescue Mission, relaunched Homeless Children’s Education Fund, launched For Kids for the Boys and Girls Club of Western Pennsylvania and have worked with CASA and Child Law Services. Most of these efforts were done as passion projects to ensure we are fighting for kids’ futures.
